What began with artisanal cheese and charcuterie has evolved into a full-service catering offering, recognised for its signature presentation, premium ingredients, and attention to detail.

Today, we offer a wide range of catering services, including grazing tables, platters, corporate catering, wedding catering, private events, canapés, buffets, desserts, and curated beverage service. Each menu is thoughtfully designed by our chefs to deliver both visual impact and exceptional flavour.

At Lush Platters, we focus on seasonal and locally sourced produce where possible, and design menus with a strong focus on vegetables, grains and legumes alongside carefully selected proteins. We prioritise fresh ingredients and simple cooking methods to reduce the use of highly processed foods and minimise food waste by using ingredients across multiple dishes. We aim to minimise plastic and single-use packaging. Where possible, we use eco-friendly packaging such as paper and bamboo that is recyclable and biodegradable. For our buffet service, we use Eco Serve warmers, which do not require disposable fuel and reduce both waste and water usage, as no traditional water trays are required.
