To convert your points into a coupon, log in to your account, select “Points & Rewards” and select the option to “redeem now” your points into a coupon. Here you can also view any coupons and rewards you already have.
Login to your account by clicking on My Account > Points & Rewards.
Points can only be redeemed at the time an order is placed on our website. Once your order is placed, we cannot redeem points on the order. Points are not available on manually placed orders.
Points expire after a 12 month period.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please ensure you are logged in to your account and use the “Coupon Code” field to apply the code of your voucher to your order.
To participate in the Lush Platters Loyalty Program, members must provide and maintain a valid and deliverable email address. If emails sent by Lush Platters are returned due to delivery failure, including but not limited to invalid domains, non-existent mailboxes, or permanently undeliverable email addresses, the associated loyalty account may be automatically removed without notice. Any accumulated loyalty points, rewards, or benefits will be permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated, transferred, or recovered. Members are responsible for ensuring their email address is entered correctly when placing orders or signing up for the Lush Platters Loyalty Program and for keeping their contact details up to date at all times.
