Succulent whole side of Seabass baked in a lightly spiced curry and coconut milk marinade. Topped with panko, crispy shallots, toasted sesame and coriander. Served with a Tamari and chilli vinaigrette dressing. Side serving portions (ie. Served with 2-3 other dishes). GF.
Serves 5-6 pax 1-1.3kg approx. Number of cut portions will vary depending on fish.
