Lush Platter invites you to gear up for an unforgettable festive feast with our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Packages. These exclusive offerings designed for 4-6 people are a treasure trove of flavours, featuring tempting starters, two scrumptious salads, a medley of mains including succulent beef, baked glazed ham, roast chicken, and a delectable vegetarian Wellington. Save room for dessert with a delightful poached pear trifle and mince pies. You’ll also find a beautifully curated cheese platter, freshly baked focaccia, and more to complement your meal. Delivery is a flat fee of $25 + GST.

• Chicken meatball with pickled carrot and marinated mushrooms (15 pieces)
• Lentil, hazelnut and tofu terrine with baked cranberries (vegetarian, contains nuts)

Choose two mains:

• Beetroot and Mushroom Wellington (vegetarian) : Roasted whole beetroot and mushroom duxelles with water chestnuts, wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Served with roasted sweet potato and Lush grape & onion chutney.
• New Zealand Marinated Roast Beef : Tender juicy and full of flavour. Served medium rare with roasted sweet potato and gravy.
• Roast Chicken : Whole roast chicken, seasoned with butter, tarragon, garlic and lemon. Served with grapes, roasted sweet potato and stuffing balls.
• Honey and Orange Glazed Baked Ham : Succulent Free Range Australian Ham. Approx 1.5kg. Served cold

Salads:

• Roasted cauliflower and hazelnut salad with green tahini dressing : A colourful blend of white and orange cauliflower, spiced with paprika and sumac. Paired with baby spinach, pomegranate, roasted hazelnuts and creamy tahini and mint dressing.
• Green Goddess Salad with a herb yoghurt dressing : A refreshing mix of rocket, peashoots, cucumber, tomato, peas, and green beans. Drizzled with a flavoursome dressing featuring olive oil, lemon juice, fresh herbs and yogurt.
