Christmas Cheese Platter
A festive Christmas cheese and fruit platter with Buffalo Camembert, Gruyere, Truffle Cheddar, Grapes, Berries, Jar of nuts soaked in honey with honeycomb, Assorted Gourmet Crackers and Christmas Bark.
DIY Blinis Kit
Choose one flavour combination: Salmon Pate and Sour Cream Dip or Pork Mushroom Country Pate and Red Pepper Walnut Dip. Each kit comes with 18 buckwheat blinis and pescaviar.
Japanese Pumpkin Salad
Pumpkin wedges roasted with sumac, thyme, garlic and olive oil. Combined with chickpeas, walnuts, rocket, pomegranate and feta. Fresh Mint Vinaigrette.
Roasted vine cherry tomatoes and purple cabbage. Combined with baby radish, dried cranberries, pomegranate and greens. Balsamic Raspberry vinaigrette.
Black Forest Trifle
Layers of biscuit crumb, whipped ganache, almond sponge, house-made cherry compote, whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Presented in a clear square container.
