The pale golden colored NV Extra Brut displays a beautifully clear, complex and elegant bouquet of ripe seed fruits such as apples and pears intermixed with the complex, mature expressions from the reserve wines, which account for up to 55% of this 2014-based blend. Fresh and structured on the perfectly round and elegant palate, this is a medium to full-bodied Champagne with great purity and finesse as well as persistent complexity. This is a serious and exciting Champagne with a long, persistent finish and stimulating salinity. Pairs well with our Triple Truffle Brie, Double Brie, Camembert and soft bloomy rind cheese.

Setup Orders: Orders requiring setup close 5 days before the event date. Please note that buffet setups are not available on yachts. For events with 101+ guests, please contact us before ordering.
