Grape: 85% Tempranillo and 15% Graciano
Rioja from Spain produce beautiful big wines with high tannin. This wine is ruby red with medium intensity, complex with aromas of ripe red fruit, licorice, it is rounded, silky and broad, yet vigorous and robust at the same time. Gran Reserva’s are only made in exceptional years and are aged for a minimum of 2years in barrels and. Further 2 years in the bottle.
A noteworthy harmony in the mouth, lightly tannic with a tasty finish, leaving a long, warm and elegant aftertaste.
Food pairing: Particularly good with Iberian cold meats, red meat and game.
Serving temperature: We recommend decanting 30 minutes before serving at a temperature of 16-18oC
Cheese Platters: include a wooden cheese knife and a postcard listing the contents.
Individual Cups eg. fruit cups, chia cups and yoghurt cups: are supplied with spoons or forks.
Salads, Mini Buffets, Buffets and Tables: are supplied with serving utensils.
Bento Boxes: are supplied with eating utensils.
Serving and eating utensils are not supplied for other products and you can add disposables or purchase our Utensils & Cutlery Box.
Orders can be placed up to 180 days in advance, with your preferred delivery or setup date and time selected at checkout.
Delivery Orders: Orders close 48 hours before delivery.
Setup Orders: Orders requiring setup close 5 days before the event date. Please note that buffet setups are not available on yachts. For events with 101+ guests, please contact us before ordering.

Your order will be made fresh on the day of delivery. Keep refrigerated if not consumed immediately. Eat within 2 hours of delivery.
Cut cheese should be refrigerated and consumed within one week. Dips have a 5 day fridge shelf life.
