It will keep its mild, characteristic flavour and soft texture over time because the maturing process is stopped when the cheese is at its best. Orders can be placed up to 180 days in advance, with your preferred delivery or setup date and time selected at checkout.

Delivery Orders: Orders close 48 hours before delivery.

Setup Orders: Orders requiring setup close 5 days before the event date. Please note that buffet setups are not available on yachts. For events with 101+ guests, please contact us before ordering.
