A healthy and wholesome gluten-free menu designed to feel generous and complete. Fresh salads, comforting mains, nourishing staples and naturally gluten-free desserts make it ideal for office lunches and group gatherings.

Our Mini Buffet comes complete with a self-heating kit to help keep dishes warm for approximately 20 minutes after activation (instructions included). A utensils box is also included, with a tablecloth, disposable plates, cutlery, napkins and a trash bag for easy serving and clean-up.

About Our Mini Buffet

Our Mini Buffet Packages are a convenient, hassle-free catering solution when a full buffet setup is not required (Tables and catering setup are not provided). Chef-prepared warm dishes are delivered straight to your event with self-heating packs activated by water, plus eco-friendly disposable plates, serving utensils, eating utensils, napkins and trash bags for simple, stress-free entertaining and easy cleanup.

Serves 10 to 40 pax in 5 pax increments.

Comes With

Cheese platters are accompanied with a postcard listing a brief summary of contents. A wooden knife is supplied to cut cheese for cheese platters.

Lush Salads are supplied with a serving fork and spoon.

Bento Boxes, Mini Buffets, Buffets and Grazing Tables are supplied with utensils.

Serving and eating utensils are not supplied for other products and you can add disposables here or purchase our Utensils & Cutlery Box.

Orders are available up to 60 days in advance. Drop-off Delivery orders close 48 hours in advance and setups 7 days in advance unless we are at full capacity. Email us for last minute orders. To pre-check your date is available, please view our availability, however please note that this is subject to change until your order has been placed and paid for.

Storage

Your order will be made fresh on the day of delivery. Keep refrigerated if not consumed immediately. Eat within 2 hours of delivery.

Comes With

Cheese Platters: include a wooden cheese knife and a postcard listing the contents.

Individual Cups eg. fruit cups, chia cups and yoghurt cups: are supplied with spoons or forks.

Salads, Mini Buffets, Buffets and Tables: are supplied with serving utensils.

Bento Boxes: are supplied with eating utensils.

Serving and eating utensils are not supplied for other products and you can add disposables or purchase our Utensils & Cutlery Box.

Orders can be placed up to 180 days in advance, with your preferred delivery or setup date and time selected at checkout.

Delivery Orders: Orders close 48 hours before delivery.

Setup Orders: Orders requiring setup close 5 days before the event date. Please note that buffet setups are not available on yachts. For events with 101+ guests, please contact us before ordering.

Availability and time slots are subject to change until your order has been successfully placed and paid for.

Cut cheese should be refrigerated and consumed within one week. Dips have a 5 day fridge shelf life.

Our kitchen is not allergen-free and cross-contamination may occur. For this reason, we recommend that anyone with severe allergies does not consume our products.
