Made with roasted beetroot and eggplant, tahini, garlic, lemon, sumac, and pomegranate molasses, this dip is a harmonious blend of bold, complex flavours. Our all-natural dips are perfect for dipping with your favourite vegetables and crackers, or you can use it as a spread for sandwiches and wraps. They are great additions to salads and mezze platters, offering unique and flavourful alternatives to traditional dips. Ideal for healthy snacking, appetisers and entertaining. As we do not use preservatives, the shelf life is approximately 3-5 days. Can be frozen for up to one month.

Serving: 200-220g approx
Cheese platters are accompanied with a postcard listing a brief summary of contents. A wooden knife is supplied to cut cheese for cheese platters. Serving and eating utensils are not supplied for our products except for Mini Buffets, Buffets and Grazing Tables. Add extra disposable cutlery and serveware here.
Your order will be made fresh on the day of delivery. Keep refrigerated if not consumed immediately. Eat within 2 hours of delivery.
Cut cheese should be refrigerated and consumed within one week. Dips have a 5 day fridge shelf life.

Orders can be placed up to 180 days in advance, with your preferred delivery or setup date and time selected at checkout.
Delivery Orders: Orders close 48 hours before delivery.
Setup Orders: Orders requiring setup close 5 days before the event date. Please note that buffet setups are not available on yachts. For events with 101+ guests, please contact us before ordering.
